Studio Policies & FAQs
How do I book a session?
All sessions are booked through Porter. Linked on the home page and book online page. Once you submit a request it will be reviewed and accepted. Once accepted you will be able to select a date and time for your appointment.
What is the deposit policy?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date. This deposit is applied toward the final cost of your session on the day of your service.
What if I need to reschedule?
We require at least 48 hours notice for any rescheduling. Late cancellations as well as no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit.
