2. Custom Fitting
Your bracelet, anklet, or necklace is carefully measured and custom-sized to you. We take time to ensure it sits comfortably and moves naturally with your body.
3. Seamless Welding
Once you’re happy with the fit, the chain is gently welded closed using a quick, safe spark. The process is completely painless and takes just a few seconds — creating a seamless, clasp-free finish.
4. Final Polish
Your piece is inspected, polished, and ready to wear immediately. You’ll leave with a lightweight, effortless piece designed to be part of your everyday life.

Caring for your Jewelry
Permanent jewelry is designed for everyday wear, but a little care will help it stay beautiful for years to come.
Wear it with intention.
Your piece is durable, but it’s still delicate. Avoid pulling, tugging, or snagging it on clothing, towels, or bags.
Be mindful during activities.
If you’re lifting heavy weights, working with tools, or doing anything that could catch or put tension on your chain, move gently and stay aware.
Water & skincare.
You can shower and swim with your jewelry on. However, frequent exposure to chlorine, saltwater, lotions, oils, and perfumes may dull the shine over time. Gently rinse and pat dry when needed.
Keep it clean.
Occasionally clean your chain with mild soap and warm water, then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth to maintain its glow.
Complimentary Re-Welding
Life happens — and we’ve got you.
If your chain stretches or breaks at the weld point, we offer one complimentary re-weld within 30 days of your appointment. Simply bring your chain back in, and we’ll reattach it for you.
If the chain is lost, significantly damaged, or broken in multiple places, a replacement fee may apply.
